How do I download my products?

After you make a purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to the product you purchased. Your product is only available for one download, and the link expires within one week of purchase. If you experience difficulty with your download and need assistance, please contact us at Contact@3DKitbash.com, and we will be happy to help.


What software do I need to use products from 3DK?

There are many different types of software that can support OBJ files. From Maya, to ZBrush, and Photoshop to Freeform, OBJs are a flexible and fairly standard file type that can be opened and edited in a variety of programs. That being said, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all software and 3D technology. Before making a purchase, it is up to you to download a free sample and test your ability to use OBJs before making a purchase from 3DKitbash.


Are your products for use on a Mac or PC?

Anything from 3DK can be used on either a Mac or PC as long as you have software that is compatible. Please make sure you have the suitable software to use our products such as 3DS Max, Blender, Maya, and ZBrush (SEE ABOVE).


My order was declined, but I still see a charge on my card. Why is this?

Although the transaction is marked as declined due to Address or Card Code Verification (CCV) Mismatch, the authorization code, along with the hold on the authorized funds, will remain on the customer's card until the card issuing bank removes the authorization. As a result, the held funds may be subtracted from the customer's available balance, and an online statement may reflect the authorization request which might be mistaken for an actual charge. Most card issuing banks will remove authorizations within 3-7 days.
